David Johnstone

David Johnstone has a long history in the wine and food industry in Tasmania. He is a wine educator, writer and a senior judge of wine. He has judged wine at the Royal Hobart Wine Show, Hong Kong, Cowra, Perth, Melbourne. He is a past Chair of Judges for the Restaurant and Caterers Association’s Awards of Excellence, the restaurants National judging and awards system.

Lindsey Johnstone

Lindsey Johnstone is in charge of administration and accounting. However, Lindsey also trained as a wine judge at the Royal Hobart Wine Show and has judged at several other shows in Australia.
